Cherry Hills Village
A Tudor on the north side of the village. Eight working days in June 2024. The south planes stayed.
Own crews · 25-year workmanship warranty · we meet your adjuster on the roof

What the storm did
Hail at 1.75 inches on 12 June took the north planes. We replaced them in slate, kept the copper that still held, and met the adjuster on the roof before a slate was ordered.
The 12 June storm put down 1.75 inches of hail. It cracked the north courses and split the copper in the west valley. The first company walked the south side from the driveway and wrote the north off. The roof was 27 years old, set in 1997, and the HOA wanted the color of those courses, not a new black roof.
What we did
We met the adjuster on the north plane on 18 June. The claim paid that plane and the valley. Unfading gray-green slate, 3/8 inch, went back in the same coursing. Copper that still held was kept. The cracked length was new 20-ounce. Ice-and-water runs 36 inches up the north eave and through both valleys. The boxwoods never moved.

Days on site
- Day 1Tear-off on the north and both valleys. A magnet through the beds before lunch. The south planes stayed covered and untouched.

What the homeowner said
They met the adjuster on the slate, and the claim covered the north planes the first company had skipped. Eight days later the copper was in and the boxwoods were where we left them.
