Roofs we've replaced
Three towns. The weather picked the week.

Hail at 1.75 inches took the north planes. We replaced them in slate, kept the copper valleys, and met the adjuster on the roof before a shingle was ordered.

Thirty inches overnight in January. Snow guards held the load. Heat-trace at the eaves kept the kitchen wall dry. Nothing to rebuild in April.

The HOA wanted a color. The last storm wanted a rating. We set a sample on the garage, got the written approval, and finished in four days with a magnet sweep of the drive.

We are up there with them. You are not left to argue the claim from the driveway.
Own crews, 3–10 working days, the yard put back, a magnet sweep before we leave.
They met the adjuster on the slate, and the claim covered the north planes the first company had skipped. Eight days later the copper was in and the boxwoods were where we left them.
Thirty inches in one night. The snow guards held, and there was no ice dam over the kitchen. That was the whole point of the roof.
Three door-knockers before lunch. Hollis & Vane came when we called, wrote the scope before anyone touched a shingle, and finished in four days.
A replacement should not wait on a claim check. Payment can be arranged through partner lenders. Ask at the inspection.
