A free inspection, a photo report in 48 hours, samples at the house, then our own crews. Most roofs take 3–10 working days.

Check your roof

Own crews · 25-year workmanship warranty · we meet your adjuster on the roof

Five steps. One crew.

  1. Free inspection

Drone and a person on the roof. You can come up, or stay on the ground. The photo report is in your hands within 48 hours. In hail season the storm line is answered day and night, May through August, and we are on a hail roof within 72 hours of the call.

  2. Claim or estimate

If hail hit in the last year and the roof is past eight years, we say whether a claim is worth opening. We meet the adjuster on the roof. If you are paying for the roof yourself, you get the same written scope: planes, materials, days, and a price range. Nothing is torn off against a verbal yes.

  3. Material selection

Samples at your house, not at a showroom across Denver. Slate, a standing-seam panel, and the Class 4 shingle the HOA already allows, leaned on the garage in your own light. We wait for the written approval when the covenants require it.

  4. Install

Three to ten working days for most houses. Own crews, no subcontracted labor. The yard is covered, the dumpster sits where we agreed, and we sweep with a magnet before we leave each day. You get a note: what closed, what is open, and whether the weather stops us tomorrow.

  5. Final inspection and warranty

We walk it with you. The workmanship warranty is 25 years, in writing, registered before we ask for the last payment. Manufacturer warranties are filed to 50 years. You keep the report, the scope, and the warranty in one packet.

The photo report, typeset.

Not a portal login. A page you can read, with the planes named and the ones we would leave alone written down.

Sample. Not a real inspection.

On a live visit this page is photographs of your roof, slope by slope. This sample is the shape of it.

The same mountain-modern house at night, snow on the standing-seam roof, windows lit, foothills behind.

January. The snow sits.

The house stays lit. That is the point of the guards, the seam, and the ten days on site.

Registered before we are paid in full.

Financing, if you want it, is through partner lenders. We don't name a bank and we don't charge for the introduction. The inspection is free either way.

The report showed the south plane was fine. Every other bid had a price for the whole roof and nothing else.

Samples against the garage, in our light. The HOA signed the shingle, not a picture in an email.

Magnet sweep, every day. I have kids and a gravel drive, and I noticed.
